These large 10 inch diameter 4 blade High Thrust propellers have stronger big ear blades to give better thrust and manoeuvrability on heavier craft at displacement speeds. The design features no blade rake giving it good forward AND reverse thrust characteristics.
PolaStorm High Thrust propellers have larger outer hubs than the standard fit style. When in reverse, the larger hub allows exhaust gasses to exit within the propeller, without exiting over propeller blades, as is found with standard style propellers. This feature reduces aerated water passing over the blades and as such increases propeller grip and performance when in reverse.
Ideal for river cruisers, workboats, yachts and other large, low speed displacement craft.
