- High rake and edge cupping of the blades allows unparalleled grip in severely aerated water.
- CNC finishing ensures every blade is exactly the same and the propeller is perfectly balanced.
- Spiral flute webs inside the barrel helps draw out exhaust gasses and a flared barrel end help prevent them being drawn over the blades, adding to improved performance.
- The PolaStorm R&D team specifies ASTM A890-4A duplex stainless steel formulation, followed by solution treatment to achieve 710Mpa tensile strength, ensuring minimal blade flex in extreme conditions.
