Popular high quality medium sized PVC bow jam cleat / t-stud for RIBs and Inflatable Boat (SIB) Tubes.  It's made specifically to be attached to PVC RIB or Inflatable Boat tubes using 2 part PVC adhesive. 

Note: If to be fitted to Hypalon tubes, then a coat of 2-part PVC adhesive needs to be applied to the cleat before applying Hypalon adhesive.
