GatorSkinz™ is a traction and mat material made out of 70% recycled material in Pebble tread pattern. GatorSkinz™ are easy to use and apply with our Prep-Peel-Stick application. There is no cure time, and best of all it will stay on! GatorSkinz™ comes complete with 3M VHB adhesive backing featuring the extraordinary bonding and reliability, that 100,000s of clients have known for nearly 20 years.

GS75 is approximately 2mm thick (+ 3m VHB adhesive thickness) and is supplied by the linear foot (ft), from either a 2ft wide or 4ft roll.

Normal level adhesion (most situations): Where installing on smooth gelcoat, aluminium and steel surfaces, simply preparing the adhesion area by cleaning with isopropyl alchohol before peeling the GatorSkinz™ backing paper and sticking down is normally sufficient. Isopropyl can be purchased from computer shops, pharmacies, and online. Please read the safety warning information before using and always use latex gloves and other appropriate PPE. 

High level adhesion: Being supplied with the same 3M adhesive backing as KeelShield, GatorSkinz™ has superior adhesion when the surface is prepared in the same way. The KeelShield installation video can be seen here: http://youtu.be/q42qqfafjpk - please follow similar steps when installing this product where high level adhesion is required. As you'll see, fitting in a warm and dry environment is essential for full adhesion and isopropyl alcohol is additionally required to prepare the surface before fitting. Isopropyl can be purchased from computer shops, pharmacies, and online. Additionally, an appropriate quantity of 3M Primer 94 or KeelShield Activator wipes will be required at extra cost - please read the safety warning information before using and always use latex gloves and other appropriate PPE.
